BROOKLYN -- Pratt Institute suffered its first loss of 2014-15 with a 6-3 setback to Farmingdale State on Sunday.
John Imamoglu earned victories in No. 3 singles, 6-1, 6-1 over Brian Heinlein, and in No. 1 doubles, teaming with Sergio Yarritu for an 8-5 win over Tyler Danzy and Marvin Beaubrun.
Senior Andrew Barkett teamed with freshman Nick Minichiello for an 8-3 third doubles win over Chris Watts and Patrick Madigan, but Farmingdale captured five of six singles points to secure the victory.
With the loss, Pratt falls to 1-1, while Farmingdale improves to 1-1 on the fall.
