ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in all PRATT REC activity spaces and facilities is voluntary and all individuals knowingly assume all risks when they take part in informal or programed recreational activities. Each participant also has a responsibility to use prudent and ordinary care in his/her actions and to act accordingly within the scope of the policies and procedures of the ARC. Pratt Athletics and Recreation are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in an activity or program.
