Men's tennis drops fall opener at Ramapo

MAHWAH, NJ -- Pratt  Institute dropped its fall season opener at Ramapo Sunday afternoon in non-conference men's tennis play.

In No. 1 singles play, Sergio Yarritu fell 6-0, 6-0, and the senior teamed with Eli Eskenazi for a 2-6, 2-6 loss in No. 1 doubles. Eskenazi, meanwhile, fell 6-2, 6-2 in No. 2 singles.

The team of Nick Minichiello and Josh Morgan lost 6-1 in No. 2 doubles, while each suffered straight set losses in third and fourth singles, respectively.

Pratt returns to play at home next Saturday at 3:00 p.m. against Cooper Union.
