Equestrian Returns to Riding With Fourth at Adelphi Show

ISLIP, N.Y — The Pratt equestrian team competed in their first show of the spring semester on Sunday and took their highest placing of the season with fourth at the Adelphi University Show.

Lily Bielawski collected another first place finish for the second straight show in Novice Hunter Seat Equitation.

Alin Kutan placed sixth in Open Hunter Seat Equitation over Fences and fifth in Open Hunter Seat Equitation on the Flat

Defne Gunel placed fifth in Intermediate Hunter Seat Equitation over Fences and fifth in Intermediate Hunter Seat Equitation on the Flat

Katie McVeigh placed second in Limit Hunter Seat Equitation over Fences with Chloe Joyce nabbing sixth. 

McVeigh also took fourth in Limit Hunter Seat Equitation on the Flat with Lauren Morgan placing fifth.

Magia Alcivar placed third in Introductory Hunter Seat Equitation while Aahan Pradhan and Paty Garcia followed in fourth and sixth.

Pratt looks forward to hosting their home show this Sunday, March 3 at the Jamaica Bay Riding Academy.
