Charlotte Crum joined Pratt as assistant coach at the start of the 2026 season. A former Division I student-athlete at the University of Vermont, Crum brings both collegiate running experience and a strong connection to the New York City running community to the Cannoneers.

During her time at the University of Vermont, Crum competed in indoor and outdoor track & field as a middle-distance/distance runner. She was awarded the America East Elite 18 as the student-athlete with the highest GPA to score at her 2023 indoor conference championships. Her experience as a Division I student-athlete gives her a firsthand understanding of the commitment, discipline, and balance required to compete at the collegiate level while managing the demands of academics. 

Following her collegiate career, Crum continued her education in New York City, earning a master’s degree in Historic Preservation from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. She currently works in historic preservation at the New York Landmarks Conservancy, bringing her academic and professional experience in the field to the Pratt community.

Crum also brings a strong connection to the local running community through her involvement with Central Park Track Club, where she has trained alongside Pratt Head Cross Country & Track & Field Coach Maureen Zivic. Their shared experience as teammates makes her addition to the Pratt program a particularly meaningful one.

At Pratt, Crum will support the Cross Country & Track & Field program in its continued development, working with student-athletes both in training and competition while helping to build a positive and supportive team environment.
