PURCHASE, NY -- The Cannoneers dropped a 3-0 decision to Purchase State Friday night in men's volleyball play (25-10, 25-13, 25-14).
Freshman David Cutler led Pratt with six kills and six digs, while Alex Arsovski tied Culter for team-high honors with six digs. Arsovski added a pair of kills, but Pratt was held to a .000 hitting percentage and could not slow the Panthers .307 attack.
For Purchase, Kevin Carges led all players with 15 kills and a sizzling .464 attack percentage.
With the loss, Pratt falls to 1-2, while Purchase improves to 3-5.
The Cannoneers return to the court in the program's first-ever home match on Friday night at 7:00 against Cooper Union at the Pratt ARC.
