SOMERSET, NJ – Pratt Institute women's soccer team, looking to improve their conference tournament seed, tied the Lions of King's College, 0-0, in Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play Friday evening in New Jersey.
While the Cannoneer offense was unable to find a rhythm, Pratt's backline held King's out of their zone for much of the evening. A strong showing by goalkeeper Morgan Holub gave Pratt their second shutout of the season.
With the result, Pratt's record stands at 3-5-1, while King's record is 1-3-1 on the season.
Up Next: The Cannoneers welcome the Nittany Lions of Penn State Hazelton to Randall's Island next Saturday, October 14th. A 6:00 pm kickoff is scheduled.
