Brooklyn, NY - The Pratt Institute's men's soccer team (4-7-1) used two goals in the first half to defeat Cooper Union, 2-1 on senior day on Saturday afternoon.
Following an early goal by Cooper Union,
Tyler Hangting (Beijing, China) put home his second goal in two games at the 27 minute mark to tie the match at one.
Just three minutes later,
Noah Semus (Chester Springs, PA) connected off an assist from
Christian Wright (League City, TX) to put the Cannoneers up 2-1.
The Cannoneers defense was lights out in the second half, holding Cooper Union to 86 straight scoreless minutes.
In net,
Carter Boliek (Fayetteville, NC) stopped nine shots to earn his fourth win of the season.
