PHOENIXVILLE, PA - The Pratt Institute women's volleyball team (20-7) advanced to the American Collegiate Athletic Association Conference Finals with a 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-16) win over Mount Mary University on Saturday afternoon.
Rose Moon (Santa Fe, NM) led the Cannoneers with 13 digs, 12 kills and three service aces.
Shannon Corr (Copiague, NY) added a game high 14 digs while
Madeline Markley (Minneapolis, MN) totaled nine kills and a block.
Pratt controlled the match from the start, earning its 15 straight set win of the season. Â
The Cannoneers had three runs of 6-0 or greater in the match including winning 10 straight points in the first set.
As a team, Pratt finished with 54 digs, 31 kills and 31 assists.
The win is the first ever ACAAÂ tournament win for Pratt.
The Cannoneers will look to bring home the ACAA Championship on Sunday when it takes on top seeded UC Santa Cruz at 11 am at Valley Forge University.
