VALLEY FORGE, PA - The Pratt Institute's women's basketball team (3-9) had four players in double figures but it was not enough as the Cannoneers fell to the University of Valley Forge, 76-60 on Wednesday evening.
Sophie Bischoff (Durham, NC) led the way with 15 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks.
Kinako Miyake (San Mateo, CA) added a season high 14 points off the bench while
Emily Guerra (Babylon, NY) finished with 12 points and nine rebounds.
After being outscored 26-8 in the first quarter, the Cannoneers and Valley Forge played even over the final three quarters, 52-52.
The Cannoneers shot 41% from the floor and knocked down six three-pointers.
Pratt returns to action on Friday when it hosts Maine Fort Kent at 2 pm.
