BROOKLYN, NY - The Pratt Institute's women's tennis team (6-2) earned its first win of the spring with a convincing 8-1 win over Hartwick College on Saturday afternoon.
Amanda Twu (Spring Lake, MI) earned a 6-1, 6-2 win at first singles and a 9-7 victory along with
Lisa Fan (Guangdong, China) at first doubles.
Nastazja Cancellaro (Western Springs, IL) rolled at second singles, 6-1, 6-0. She also won easily at second doubles along with
Caroline Madden (Mebane, NC), 8-0.
Eesha Jain (Mumbai, India), 6-0, 6-0 and
Moira Cunningham (Bowling Green, OH), 6-1, 6-0 won convincingly at third and fourth singles.
Pratt returns to action on March 14 when it hosts Bard College at the USTAÂ at 12 pm.
