Hobart's Overtime Goal Lifts Pratt to Second Win of Season

BROOKLYN, NY - KL Hobart scored his first career goal in overtime to lift the Pratt men's soccer team (2-11) to its second win of the season, 1-0 over Medgar Evers on Monday evening.

Hobart netted his first career goal with three minutes remaining in the first overtime off an assist from Taro Ito, his first of the season.   

Both teams' defense were stellar throughout regulation, combining for just nine shots on goal.

Carter Boliek earned his first shutout of the season, finishing with five saves.

The win marks the first overtime win as well as the first clean sheet since the program was brought back in 2016.

Pratt returns to action on Saturday when it travels to Lehman College for a 2 pm start.
