BROOKLYN, NY - The Pratt Institute's men's soccer team (0-2-0) was edged in its home opener against Saint Elizabeth University, 6-1 on Wednesday evening.
Saint Elizabeth University got on the board first when Kevin Pravado scored his first goal of the season to give the Eagles a 1-0 lead.
The defense was stellar over the next 40 minutes, holding the Eagles to just three shots.
With just under 23 minutes remaining in regulation,
Jacob Hamilton (Philadelphia, Pa.) knocked home his first career goal off an assist from
Spencer Giuliano (North Attleboro, Mass.) to tie the game at one.
Over the final 20 minutes, the Eagles scored five goals in take the game, 6-1.

The Cannoneers finished the contest with 11 shots including six on goal.
Pratt returns to action on September 15 when it travels to Mount Saint Vincent for a 2:30 pm start.
