BROOKLYN, NY - The Pratt Institute's men's tennis team (3-3) dropped a pair of matches over the Weekend at Lehman College and St. Joseph's College Long Island.
On Friday, Pratt fell at Lehman 7-2.
Ryan Nelsen earned the win at second singles, 6-2, 6-1.  At 5th singles, Johnny Xei earned the win, 1-6, 7-5, 11-9.
On Saturday, Pratt fell in a close battle with St. Jose[h's LI, 5-4.Â
Mehul Bhargava and
Ryan Nelsen rolled to an 8-2 win at 1st singles. Bhargava won at first singles, 6-1, 6-0 while Nelsen earned the win at second singles, 6-4, 6-0.
Cole Rudy won the final point for Pratt at 3rd singles, 5-7, 6-3, 13-11.
Pratt returns to action on Monday when it hosts Ramapo College at 7 pm at the USTA.
