BROOKLYN, NY - The Pratt Institute's women's tennis team (3-4) was victorious in an exciting match with Ramapo College, 5-4 on Thursday evening.
At first doubles,
Sophie Bischoff and
Nastazja Cancellaro earned the win, 8-2.Â
Carolina DePontes and Julia Oginbene also won their doubles match in the two spot, 8-5.
Bischoff picked up her fourth singles win of the season in the first spot, winning in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3.
Oginbene picked up her second win of the evening with a 6-3, 7-5 win at fourth singles.
The winning point came at fifth singles with
Moira Cunningham earning the 6-3, 6-3 victory.
Pratt returns to action on Saturday when it travels to Saint Elizabeth University for a 10 am start.
