BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Pratt Institute women's basketball team suffered an 87-10 defeat to visiting Connecticut College on Thursday evening at the Activity Resource Center.
Senior Kinako Miyake paced Pratt (1-15) with five points and three boards. Rohama Tewodros grabbed a team-high six rebounds and chipped in two points. Almudena Valenzuela chipped in three points and four caroms.
Conn Coll (5-11) was led by Avery Burns' 13 points. Jaycie Rojik added 12 points and Charlotte Head netted 12 for the Camels who shot 52 percent (37-71) from the field.
Pratt returns to the ARC floor on Monday, January 23 hosting Yeshiva University for an 8 p.m. showdown.
