O’Gorman and Windt Collect All-C2C Men’s Basketball Honors; O’Gorman on First Team, Windt on Second Team

Patrick O'Gorman earns his 3rd All-C2C honor and Windt receives the honor as a rookie leading the league in scoring

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Pratt Institute guards Patrick O'Gorman and Cameron Windt, the top scoring duo in the conference, have been selected by the league's coaches to the 2023-24 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Men's Basketball All-Conference Teams announced today by the league office.

O'Gorman lands on the All-C2C First Team for the first time in his career after back-to-back appearances on the Second Team in each of the last two seasons. The one-time Player of the Week logged eight games with 20 or more points to average 16.3 points per night, that was third in the conference. O'Gorman led the league in assists, distributing 4.4 per game, ranked 59th in Division III, and his 87.7 connect rate from the free throw line also topped the league and is 38th in D3. In addition to swiping 1.8 steals per game – third in the league – the senior from Glen Ridge, New Jersey pulled down a career-high 4.6 rebounds per outing ranked 17th in the league.

Leading the C2C in scoring as a rookie posting 17.4 points a night, Windt earns a spot on the Second Team. The first-year from Winter Springs, Florida was one of the top snipers in the nation averaging 3.1 three-pointers made per game (18th in D3) connecting on 40.7 percent of his attempts (30th in D3). Windt assembled 10 games with 20 or more points, scoring a season-high 26 on three separate occasions. The rookie guard also delivered the game-winning, last-second shots in victories at home over USMMA and Medgar Evers.

Combining for 47 percent of the team's offensive output this season, the backcourt duo helped increase the team's scoring by 10 percent and a three-win improvement over last season at 8-16 overall, earning a program-best No. 5 seed for this week's 2024 C2C Men's Basketball Championship.

O'Gorman, Windt and the Cannoneers travel to the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia for a quarterfinal matchup with No. 4 seed University of California, Santa Cruz on Thursday, February 22 at 5 p.m.
