ARC Upper Level Fall 2024 Hours & Fitness Class Schedule

ARC Fall Semester Hours

The ARC Upper Level returns to regular operating hours on Monday, August 26 on the following schedule.

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 6:30 am to 10 pm

SATURDAY: 8 am to 8 pm

SUNDAY: 8 am to 6 pm

** Doors Are Locked 30 Minutes Prior To Closing **

Hours are subject to change for major holidays and school breaks.

Below is the Group Exercise schedule for the semester!  Class schedules will begin Monday, September 9th.  All classes are held in the ARC Upper Level Studio Room at the Pratt Brooklyn Campus.

5 pm - Muay Thai w/ Tai - Li

7 pm - Hip Hop Cardio w/ Michelle
8:15 pm - Hatha Yoga w/ Abby
