ARC Spring Semester Hours

The ARC Upper Level returns to regular operating hours on Monday, August 26 on the following schedule.
 

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 6:30 am to 10 pm
SATURDAY: 8 am to 8 pm
SUNDAY: 8 am to 6 pm

** Doors Are Locked 30 Minutes Prior To Closing **

Hours are subject to change for major holidays and school breaks.

Pratt Rec Group Exercise Schedule - Spring Semester

Below is the Group Exercise schedule for the semester!  Class schedules will begin Monday, February 10th and end on May 16th. There will be NO classes during Spring Break. 

All classes are held in the ARC Upper Level Studio Room at the Pratt Brooklyn Campus.

6:15 pm - Dynamic Flexibility w/ Andre
7:30 pm - Strength Training w/ Andre

WEDNESDAYS

8 am - Yin Yoga w/ Topeka
10 am -Total Body Fitness w/ Annie
7 pm - Pratt Naginata w/ Otto

THURSDAYS

5 pm - Muay Thai w/ Tai - Li
6:15 pm - Mat Pilates w/ Michelle
7:30 pm - Hip Hop Cardio w/ Michelle

FRIDAYS

10 am - Total Body Fitness w/ Annie
3 pm -Vinyasa Yoga w/ Andromeda
6 pm - Kickboxing w/ Tiffany
7 pm - Pratt Iaido Club w/ Mitchell 

** There will be NO classes during Spring Break **
