BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The Pratt Institute women's tennis team swept all six singles courts on the way to a 7-0 victory over Brooklyn College on Friday afternoon.
Pratt (4-0, 2-0 CUNYAC) secured the doubles point before capturing every singles flight in straight sets, conceding just 14 games across singles competition. Brooklyn (2-5, 1-1 CUNYAC) claimed one doubles flight but was held scoreless in the overall team match.

The Bulldogs claimed the top flight, as Medina Kuc and Alexis Goodman defeated senior Pallavi Verghese (Fayetteville, Ark.) and Judith Song (Sharon, Mass.) 6-1 for their lone match win.
The black-and-gold took command once singles play began, surrendering two games or fewer on four of the six courts. Verghese bounced back at the top flight, defeating Goodman 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 singles.
Song notched a 6-1, 6-3 victory at No. 2 singles, while Tao earned a 6-2, 6-0 decision at No. 3 singles. Yu added a 6-1, 6-0 victory in the No. 4 position.
