BROOKLYN, NY - The Pratt Institute's women's basketball program announced the hiring of Alyssa Parsons as its assistant coach for the 2021-22 season.
Parsons is excited to join the staff at Pratt. "I love the game of basketball and everything it represents. Having played all my life, I'm excited for the chance to be on the coaching side of the game and join the growing program Brandon has built at Pratt. I look forward to the opportunity to work for the young women on the team and help them in any way I can."
Parsons is the founder and CEO of Athelite Evolution, LLC a peak performance coaching service specializing in mental agility, financial and leadership development, and nutrition for elite collegiate and high school athletes.
Pasons is also an AAU coach and was a Division I women's basketball player and three time captain at Rider University.
Parsons earned her bachelors degree in finance from Rider University. She also earned an MBA in finance and a Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University.
