Men's Basketball Edged in Season Opener

BRONXVILLE, NY - The Pratt Institute's men's basketball team (0-1) fell in its season opener at Sarah Lawrence College, 84-65 on Saturday evening.

Griffin Levine (Dallas, TX) led the Cannoneers with 14 points, two steals and two assists. Daniel Shockley (Milford, DE) added 12 points and six rebounds while Patrick O'Gorman (Glen Ridge, NJ) pitched in with nine points and seven rebounds.

The Cannoneers shot 11-27 from beyond the arc and forced 20 turnovers.

Pratt returns to action on Tuesday when it hosts the Webb Institute in its home opener at 8 pm.
