NEW YORK, NY - The Pratt Institute's track & field teams competed in its final indoor meet of the season at the Fastrack Last Chance Invite at the Armory Track & Field Center on Friday evening.
On the women's side, three program records went down.
Christina Sancho-Spore set the program record in the mile with a time of 5:44.5. In the 60 meter hurdles,
Mia Wong set the new program mark with a time of 12.02.
In the 400 meter race,
Ava Hunwick set the record with a time of 1:10.13.
Giovanna Lisa won her heat in the 1000 meters and took 8th place overall with a time of 3:33.85.
On the men's side,
Asa Brandyberry set the program mark in the shot put, finishing in 11th place with a distance of 11.47 meters.
In the mile,
Bruce Westgate won his heat and finished with a time of 4:50.97. In the same race,
Thomas Perrone,
Dominic Paolini, and
Daniel Bhopaul all set personal bests.
