NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — The Pratt Institute men's track and field team was represented at the Rutgers Relays on Saturday, with graduate student Anthony Cowell (Boulder, Colo.) delivering a season-best performance against a field composed largely of NCAA Division I athletes.
Competing as the lone member of the gold-and-black, Anthony Cowell turned in a strong race in the 800-meter run. He crossed the finish line in 2:13.60, improving by nearly eight seconds on his previous best time from the indoor season.
The Cannoneers return to action next weekend to host the Pratt Invitational on Saturday, April 18 at Queens College.Â
