CHESTER PA - The Pratt Institute's men's and women's track & field teams competed at the Chester Quarry Classic hosted by Widener University on Saturday afternoon.
On the men's side,
Thomas Perrone ran 4:15.02 in the 1500 meters, qualifying himself for ECAC's.
In the 800 meter race,
Paden Spencer finished in 5th place in a time of 2:02.75. Â
Dominic Paolini and
Nikolas Protopapas finished in 5th and 6th place in the 5000 meter race, respectively.
On the women's side,
Siena Sujitno finished in 9th place in the 100m dash in a time of 13.49. She also finished in 4th place in the long jump with a distance of 4.74 meters.  With both results, Sujitno qualified for ECAC's in both events.
Ava Hunwick earned a 7th place finish in the 400 meter dash in a time of 1:06.42. Â In the same event,
Sparshita Das ran to a 9th place finish with a time of 1:15.88.
Pratt returns to action on Saturday when it takes part in the Rider Invitational hosted by Rider University.
