BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Pratt Institute men's soccer team was handed a 1-0 defeat from their borough rivals Brooklyn College on Thursday evening.
Both Kings County squads remained in a scoreless deadlock through 76 minutes of play before Brooklyn (4-8-1) scored the game's lone goal off the foot of Christopher Renna who booted in a long service to the back post.
Pratt (1-10-1) held a 19-15 edge in shots led by Griffin Benkovszky's five shots and four shots each from Theo Goldman and Morvens Regis. Dimitris Papagiannakopoulous made seven saves in goal while playing the full 90 minutes.
