PURCHASE, N.Y. — The Pratt Institute women's tennis team ended their 2024 fall campaign with a 7-2 mark, defeating Purchase College, 4-0, in a non-conference road match on Tuesday afternoon.
Named Atlantic East Conference Player of the Week on Monday, Kayla Abraham led the lineup with a 6-0, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles to finish unbeaten in singles dual matches. She also teamed up with Srishti Agarwal to win at love in the top doubles match.
Ariana Castro picked up a pair of wins in her first appearance of the season dropping just one game at singles in a 6-1, 6-0 win in the No. 3 spot and pairing up with Victoria Delgado for a 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles.
Victoria Hatala and Julia Ognibene collected a 6-3 win at No. 3 doubles with Hatala winning at love at No. 6 singles, 6-0, 6-0.
