Mahaveer teamed up with Caleb Callahan for an 8-5 win at No. 3 doubles for the Cannoneers lone point of the doubles session. He then recorded a 7-5, 6-2 straight-set victory at No. 6 singles to account for the two points for the black-and-gold.
Mehul Bhargava took his opponent to three sets in the No. 2 singles match. After he dropped the opening set, he won the second set at love, but fell in a third-set, supertiebreaker, 7-5, 0-6, 1-0 (10-7).
