IMMACULATA, Pa. — The Pratt Institute men's soccer team fell 3-0 at Immaculata University on Saturday afternoon at Draper Walsh Stadium in an Atlantic East Conference matchup.
Immaculata (2-10-2, 1-1-2) struck in the 17th minute when Cooper McKinney finished off a pass from Daniel O'Rourke. The hosts added insurance after halftime on goals by Daniel Becker in the 62nd minute and Michael Prall in the 70th. Kyle Coleman and Carlos Cano recorded assists, and goalkeepers Luca Greppellini and Ricky Baffa combined on the shutout.
Anil Pugh (Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago) started in goal for Pratt (0-11-1, 0-4-0) and made two first-half saves, including a low stop on Jaden Jones in the 23rd minute. Dimitris Papagiannakopoulos (Athens, Greece) came on after the break and turned away two more, denying O'Rourke in the 54th and Jordan Brown in the 85th.
The black-and-gold generated late pressure, forcing Baffa into saves in the 87th and 90th minutes as the Cannoneers pushed to the final whistle. Pratt finished with four shots, two on target.
Pratt closes out their home slate on Wednesday, Oct. 22, welcoming Centenary University to Randall's Island Field 10, starting at 7 p.m.
