Centenary (4-9-3, 0-2-3) struck first in the 9th minute through Brian Osorio, but Pratt answered before halftime. Aditya Shivkumar (Mumbai, India) earned a penalty in the 37th minute, getting dragged down at the edge of the box after sustained pressure and calmly converted from the spot to level the match, marking his first collegiate goal.
The Cannoneers surged ahead in the 62nd minute when Omri Hadad (Ramat Gan, Israel) and Shivkumar converted a quick 1-2 in the box, with Hadad burying the go-ahead goal for a 2-1 lead.
