Men’s Volleyball Wraps Up 2025 Campaign at Saint Elizabeth

MORRISTOWN, N.J. — The Pratt Institute's men's volleyball team concluded its 2025 season on Tuesday, falling in straight sets to Saint Elizabeth University in United East Conference action at St. Joseph's Hall.

The Eagles won by set scores of 26-24, 25-17, and 25-21 against the visiting Cannoneers.

Outside hitter Brooks Reid led Pratt offensively with 10 kills and also contributed defensively with a team-high eight digs. Senior Jason Raymond added eight kills and a team-high 10 digs with a solo block in his final collegiate game.

Max Wang and Micah-Jude Upshaw each chipped in with four and three kills respectively, while Nathan Kim directed the offense with a match-high 24 assists.

Saint Elizabeth's (7-16, 3-5) attack was paced by Kodi Peters, who put down a match-best 16 kills and three service aces. Kennedy Ibezim added nine kills for the Eagles.

The match opened with a tightly contested first set that featured eight ties and four lead changes. The Cannoneers fought off a pair of set points before narrowly falling, 26-24. Despite the Cannoneers rebounding to keep competitive, the Eagles pulled away comfortably in the second set, 25-17.

Pratt battled to take momentum in the third set, briefly keeping pace but the Eagles pulled away with a 8-1 run midway through the frame for a 17-10 cushion. The Cannoneers battled all the way back to cut the deficit to two, 23-21, but couldn't force an extra frame.

The Cannoneers finish the year at 6-14 overall and 0-8 in United East Conference play..
