IMMACULATA, Pa. — The Pratt Institute women's track and field team earned a fourth-place finish at the 2026 Atlantic East Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships this weekend, powered by a remarkable performance from junior Hannah Kim (Camas, Wash.), who won two individual titles and scored in all four throwing disciplines.
Kim was the second-highest point scorer of the meet, single-handedly accounting for 27 of Pratt's 63 team points. She earned two First Team All-Atlantic East honors by winning the shot put with a season-best throw of 10.93 meters and claiming the discus title with a mark of 33.21 meters. She added a third-place finish in the javelin (30.94 meters) and a sixth-place result in the hammer throw with a personal-best mark of 28.09 meters.
Sophomore Jordana Halpern (Oceanside,N.Y.) was also a force in the throws, earning Second Team All-Conference honors in the shot put with a runner-up finish and personal-best mark of 10.76 meters. She added a third-place, podium finish in the discus (32.22 meters) and a fifth-place finish in the hammer (32.23 meters) to account for 16 points to the team tally.
On the track, first-year Melis Kavlicoglu (Reno, Nev.) landed on the podium, placing third in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:27.48 and also taking fifth in the 400-meter dash in 1:01.33.
Senior Giovanna Lisa (Reading, Pa.) secured a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase, crossing the line in 13:20.85 also adding a personal-best 5:29.43 in the 1500-meter run to take ninth.Â
Sophomore Brooke Schreffler (Harrisburg, Pa.) scored individually in both hurdle events, placing fourth and clocking personal-bests in the 100-meter hurdles (17.85) and sixth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:18.15). Junior Kemi Ayeni (Stockbridge, Ga.) contributed points with a fifth-place leap of 4.66 meters in the long jump.
First-year Josey Kanach (Washington, D.C.) qualified for the 100-meter dash finals with a time of 13.25 seconds, also a personal-best. First-year Sarah Godlewski ran the 200 (29.87) and 400-meter (1:09.50) dashes.Â
First-year Sonai Castrillo (Pine Hill, N.J.) seat a pair of personal-bests in the 800 (3:01.04) and 1500-meter runs (6:06.35). Senior Kathleen Chen (Livingston, N.J.) capped off her career also competing in the 800 (3:05.24) and 1500-meter (6:30.80, personal best) runs.Â
First-year Lina Darcy (Newton, Mass.) ran the 100-meter hurdles (20.02), and first-year Joanna Doyle competed in the 100-meter dash (15.17).
The 4x400 relay team of Kavlicoglu, Godlewski, Ayeni, and Schreffler capped the meet with a sixth-place finish in 5:14.87.
Marywood University won the team title upending defending champion Marymount University who finished as runner-up, followed by host Immaculata University in third.
