NEWBURGH, NY - The Pratt Institute's men's and women's cross country teams ran in its 5th meet of the season, the MSMC Invite hosted by Mount Saint Mary College on Saturday afternoon.
The women's squad ran to a 5th place finish out of 23 schools, finishing with 161 points.
Peg Smith (Littleton, CO) ran to the top time for the Cannoneers, finishing in 11th place with a time of 26:04.3 in the 6k. Right behind was
Chloe Morris (Bethlehem Township, NJ) in 12th place finish in a time of 26:12.2.
The men's team finished in 11th place out of 17 schools.
Mac Sloan Anderson (Shelburne Falls, MA) led the way for Pratt, running to an 8th place finish with a time of 27:32.6 in the 8k.
Max Yokoo (Oak Park, IL) was the second Cannoneer to cross the finish, running in a time of 30:11.44.
Results
Pratt returns to action on October 19 when it takes part in the St. Joseph's College Invitational.
