HADDONFIELD, N.J. — After a dominant scoring performance to close out the 2025 calendar year, Pratt Institute women's basketball fifth-year guard Kylie Grant has been named the Atlantic East Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced today.
The honor comes after the Dallas, Texas product poured in a season-high 35 points in the Cannoneers' final game of the semester against Keystone College on Saturday.
In that contest, Grant was exceptionally efficient, shooting 60 percent from the field on 15-for-25 shooting. Her 15 made field goals established a new career high and her 35-point outburst was just three points shy of her career-high of 38. She also added eight rebounds and two assists in the effort.
Through the first eight games of the season, Grant has been the offensive and rebounding leader for the Cannoneers. She is currently averaging a team-leading 15.9 points and 10.1 rebounds per game. This is her second weekly accolade of the season after collecting Defensive Player of the Week honors on November 17.
Pratt returns to action in the new year, opening Atlantic East Conference play at home against Gwynedd Mercy University on January 7.
