BETHPAGE, NY - The Pratt Institute men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Golden Eagle Invitational hosted by St. Joseph's College Long Island on Sunday afternoon.
The men's team finished in 15th place out of 28 schools. Â
Dominic Paolini had the quickest time for Pratt, finishing in 39th place in a time of 29:22.21 in the 8k.  Henderson Brathwaite and
David Valentine both broke their personal records, finishing in 33:14.44 and 34:35.98, respectively.
One the women's side,
Giovanna Lisa led the way, finishing in 39th place in a time of 22:57.49 in the 5k. Â
Reeshane Villarama ran to her person record, running in a time of 26:56.01.
The Cannoneers return to action on Saturday when it takes part in the SJC Invitational at Sunken Meadow Park at 11:00 am.
