FARMINGDALE, N.Y. — The Pratt Institute men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Farmingdale State College in both teams season openers on Saturday.
Mikah Liu played a hard-fought match at No. 2 singles battling back after dropping his first set at love to win the second set in a tiebreaker and falling in a close third-set super-tiebreaker, 6-0, 6-7 (2), 1-0 (8).
Calder Tillinghast and Caleb Callahan teamed up for the closest match of the doubles session falling by a break, 6-4.
Pratt continues their season at the ITA Regional Championship from Sep. 26-29 hosted by Drew University.
