DANBURY, Conn. — Kate Nolan (Perth, Australia) and Kat Thomsen (Palo Alto, Calif.) of the Pratt Institute women's soccer team were named to the 2025 Division III Women's Soccer All-ECAC First Team, the Eastern College Athletic Conference has announced.
The honor adds to a decorated fall for the Cannoneers' duo, who both earned Atlantic East All-Conference First Team recognition and College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® accolades earlier this month.
Nolan, a sophomore forward, produced one of Division III's most efficient attacking campaigns with 17 goals and 10 assists (44 points). They finished No. 2 nationally in points per game (2.75) and No. 5 in goals per game (1.06), and also ranked in the national top 25 for assists per game (No. 7), shots on goal per game (No. 10) and shots per game (No. 13). Their season included a five-goal performance in conference play and a hat trick in the regular-season finale.
Thomsen, a senior midfielder, posted 10 goals and seven assists (27 points) while driving Pratt's build-up play and set-piece production. She finished No. 31 nationally in points per game (1.86), No. 45 in goals per game (0.71) and No. 74 in assists per game (0.43). Recording seven multi-point outings this season, Thomsen capped career with 59 goals and 24 assists..
Led by their All-ECAC standouts, Pratt matched the program record for wins, earned its first Atlantic East postseason berth and hosted the program's first conference playoff game.
