BROOKLYN, N.Y. – March 23, 2019 – The Pratt Institute men's tennis team fell to Webb Institute by a score of 8-1 on Saturday afternoon at the ARC.
The result brings the Cannoneers record to 0-3 on the season.
Webb swept the Cannoneers in all three doubles matches, before
Andrew Hyun was able to knock off his opponent, 10-5, in the second singles slot. From the first position,
Hubert Chen kept his match close, eventually dropping, 6-10, and in the sixth slot,
Jaeyoung Hwang battled to a 7-10 loss.
Up Next: The Cannoneers are back in action, Sunday, March 24, at the ARC as they host University of Scranton. First serve is scheduled for 12:00 PM.
