NEW YORK — The Pratt Institute track and field teams returned to the famed Armory Track & Field Center for the NYU DIII Invitational on Saturday.
Dylan Costa ran a personal-best 7.77 in the men's 60-meter dash. Soren Ekstrom posted a personal best in the 200-meter run finishing in 28.13. Jesus Nunez-Del Cuadro and Ali Aksahin both logged personal bests in the 400-meter run, Nunez-Del Cuadro in 1:04.76 and Aksahin in 1:08.78.
For the women, Giovanna Lisa had a personal best 12:15.35 in the 3000-meter good for 27th place. Sarah Cawley ran a personal-best 2:39.63 in the 800-meter run to take 31st place overall. Reeshane Villarama recorded a personal-best 6:31.85 in the women's mile. Allyson Ing clocked in a personal-best 32.44 in the 200-meter. Brooke Schreffler logged a personal-best 11.00 in the 60-meter hurdles to take 26th. Emma Gaspari ran a personal-best 1:13.13 in the 400-meter.
Jordana Halpern tossed 10.22 meters in the weight throw and 9.23 meters in the shot put.
Pratt travels to Haverford College next Saturday to compete in the Keogh Invitational starting at 10:30 a.m.
