Men’s Tennis Selected Second in Atlantic East Preseason Poll

HADDONFIELD, N.J. — The Pratt Institute men's tennis team was picked to finished second in the 2026 Atlantic East Conference preseason coaches' poll released Tuesday, earning two first-place votes and finishing one point behind defending champion Marymount.

Pratt closed the fall at 3-2 and on a two-match win streak, highlighted by a 7-0 sweep of Brooklyn College at the USTA National Tennis Center.

The Cannoneers return a veteran core and multiple all-conference performers. Headlining the group is junior Mikah Liu (Austin, Texas), a 2025 First Team All-Conference pick in singles and doubles. Liu collected three of the league's five Player of the Week honors this fall and posted three wins apiece in singles and doubles.

Sophomore Nathan Park (Seoul, South Korea), a 2025 Second Team All-Conference singles honoree, went 3-1 in doubles during the fall and added a pair of straight-set wins in singles.

Marymount topped the poll with 15 points and three first-place votes. Pratt followed with 14 points and two first-place nods, while Neumann (10), Immaculata (6) and Marywood (5) rounded out the voting.

Conference play begins Saturday, March 21, with Pratt visiting Neumann. The Atlantic East semifinals are set for Friday, April 24, at Neumann, with the final on Saturday, April 25. The champion advances to face the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference winner on Sunday, May 3, at the Hershey Racquet Club for an NCAA automatic qualifier.
