HADDONFIELD, N.J. — Following an impressive run to the Atlantic East Conference divisional final, three members of the Pratt Institute men's tennis team were recognized with postseason honors as the league announced its 2026 All-Conference teams.
Junior Mikah Liu (Austin, Texas) led the Cannoneers, earning First Team All-Conference honors in both singles and doubles. Senior Caleb Callahan (New York, N.Y.) joined Liu on the First Team for doubles, while first-year Wyatt Myers (San Francisco, Calif.) secured Second Team All-Conference recognition in singles.
Liu caps a brilliant junior campaign as a dual First Team selection for the second consecutive year. Competing exclusively at the No. 1 flight, he captured the Atlantic East Player of the Week award six times throughout the fall and spring seasons. Liu compiled a 9-4 overall singles record and 8-5 mark at doubles, the most wins on the team.
Callahan concludes his collegiate career with top league honors, partnering with Liu to form a formidable tandem at No. 1 doubles. The senior provided steady leadership and crucial points at the top flight, helping the Cannoneers secure early momentum in matches throughout the year, including a vital 6-2 victory in the Atlantic East semifinals – Pratt's first AEC postseason victory.
Myers made an immediate impact in his rookie season to earn Second Team accolades in singles. Slotting seamlessly into the middle and top half of the singles lineup, he delivered several dominant performances, and finished team second-best 8-3 mark.
Defending champion Marymount collected the major awards, with Eshan Degamwar named Player of the Year and Elite Scholar Athlete, and Rebhi Villasmil earning Rookie of the Year. The Saints also took home Coaching Staff of the Year honors.
The Cannoneers concluded the 2025-26 season with an 8-5 overall record, highlighted by a five-match winning streak and a runner-up finish in the Atlantic East divisional championship.
