Grant averaged 5.5 steals, 6.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 8.0 points in 24.0 minutes over two games. She headlined the Cannoneers' 57-36 win over York (N.Y.) with 10 steals, 11 points, seven rebounds and six assists in 22 minutes, sparking a decisive third-quarter surge in the program's first victory since 2023 and the first under head coach Carlos Acevedo. She closed the week with six rebounds, a steal, a 3-pointer and an assist against St. Joseph's-Long Island.
Sophomore forward Anabela Jakelic (Zagreb, Croatia/IV. Jakelic's week featured a 20-point, 20-rebound, three-block, three-steal performance against York (N.Y.) and a 10-point, eight-rebound outing versus St. Joseph's-Long Island, following a nine-point, nine-rebound, three-block effort at St. Joseph's-Brooklyn.
It is the first weekly award garnered by Grant and the first by a Pratt women's basketball player since the 2021-22 season. Marymount sophomore guard Kaylah Barr was picked as Player of the Week.
Pratt returns to action this Saturday, Nov. 22 hosting Berkeley College in a noon non-conference showdown at the ARC.
